Asia-Pacific Coaching and Teaming Consultant
Rank: Supervising Associate (Senior Consultant) or Assistant Director (Manager) – depending on candidate’s skills and experience.
Location: This role is open to candidates located anywhere within the Asia-Pacific region (Oceania, China, Hong Kong, South East Asia and South Korea).
Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to support the Asia-Pacific Talent Development team who focus on the delivery of coaching and teaming strategy and other development initiatives across the Regions.
The Coaching and Teaming Consultant will work with the Asia-Pacific Coaching and Teaming Leader to drive the planning and execution of strategies, promote programs and publicizing offerings to the business. 
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Directly support the Area Coaching and Teaming Leader in the preparation and delivery of coaching sessions and workshops; including creating presentations, agendas and other relevant materials, managing logistics, administering assessments, organizing the participants and venues.
  • Proactively track, evaluate, analyze and report on coaching and teaming activities across the Regions.  Generate recommendations for program improvements
  • Support coaching and teaming communication initiatives
  • Create and manage communications such as email updates, newsletters, Powerpoint decks and reports for Area Talent Leadership team and Area Talent Development Team etc
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings – prepare agendas, provide status updates, take call minutes and circulate relevant documentation
Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:
The Asia-Pacific Coaching and Teaming Consultant is responsible for managing the quality deployment of key programs on coaching and teaming initiatives across all Service Lines and Regions.  We are looking for the following experience and skill:
  • Demonstrated success in building internal and external relationships at a senior level with a proven track record of success in driving the global talent agenda
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills are required to work with global, regions and external vendors
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as required
  • Create and execute communication plans to key stakeholders in the Area Executive, Area Service Lines and regions
  • Create and analyze program evaluations, detailing strengths and improvement opportunities
Qualifications, certifications and educational requirements:
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and cultural intelligence
  • Emerging expertise in the area of talent development
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Fluent written and spoken English
