Job Description

1. Identifying new business opportunities with cold calling, conferences, networking events, etc.
2. Responding to inquiries relating to lending from calls, messages, emails, and other channels
3. Scheduling appointments to fit the needs of the brokers whether in company premises or at a mutually convenient location.
4. Developing new loan business by continuously marketing to former satisfied brokers, real estate agents, home builders, attorneys, accountants, financial planners and other potential referral sources.
5. Representing the company in local business and community organizations and events to develop additional business. May present seminars to general public and real estate community for community outreach and to promote additional business.
6. Developing and maintains current competitive market information. Keeps informed of trends and developments in the local market, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to the mortgage industry. Actively participates in ongoing training and education as directed by Manager.
7. Designing own sales plan to ensure the successful delivery of monthly cases target set by management team.
8. Communicating with broker and other parties appropriately, maintaining strict confidentiality of critical company information and customer information.
9. Working with customer care team to collect clients feedback on a regular basis

Open Position: Dermal Clinician / Therapist / Registered Nurse

Part-time / Casual

$30 - $35 per hour for technicians, clinicians, therapists. 

$35 - $40 per hour for registered nurses (based on experience).

15+ hours per week guaranteed!

Must be available to work on Saturdays (9 am - 4 pm) and weekday afternoons.

You will …

• Provide advice on non-surgical cosmetic treatments or procedures, including pre and post-treatment care.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend skin treatment plans.
• Perform non-surgical cosmetic/skin treatments using our state-of-the-art technology – training provided for our medical-grade devices, including HIFU, RF, IPL, and Laser treatments (excellent In-depth training provided!).
• Deliver empathetic pre and post-treatment care and conduct patient documentation.
• Assist in policy and procedure development and ensure implementation.
• Manage inventory of consumables and products.

For our RN team, we would expect the above - with the inclusion of antiwrinkle, injectable and skinbooster treatments! 

We'd love …

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dermal Clinician, creating and implementing personalized skin treatment programs and a sound knowledge of cosmeceuticals.
• Experience using medical-grade devices (RF/HIFU), laser devices, and LED treatments (highly regarded).
• Ability to build personal connections with clients and a commitment to providing the best client care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and proven problem-solving skills.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.
