About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Sales Assistant to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and personalised care at every interaction. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, coordinating appointments, addressing inquiries, following up and gathering feedback to continually enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
• Provide personalised support and guidance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate client appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up processes.
• Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination of services and optimal client outcomes.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience (not essential)

• 1 year minimum experience in any sales and reception duties highly desirable
• Experience in Health and Fitness industry (Gyms, Yoga/Pilates studios, Physiotherapy Clinics)
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
• Experience with practice management software and computer skills
