Qualifications & experience

 

  • Minimum 2+ years of Purchasing experience.
  • English and Mandarin / Chinese speaking.
  • Microsoft Excel Proficient.
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy, thoroughness, persistence and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise works and manage time accordingly.
  • Comfortable of learning new softwares and methods.

 

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Create, analyse and Submit multiple weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Use tools and Platforms and Softwares for effective inventory management.
  • Coordinate with overseas and local agents and suppliers to purchase and import goods.
  • Compare, negotiate, and evaluate supplier offers.
  • Source products from different supplier.
  • Ensure all products are compliant as per Australian Standards.
