Job Description

  1. Identifying new business opportunities with cold calling, conferences, networking events, etc.
  2. Responding to inquiries relating to lending from calls, messages, emails, and other channels
  3. Scheduling appointments to fit the needs of the brokers whether in company premises or at a mutually convenient location.
  4. Developing new loan business by continuously marketing to former satisfied brokers, real estate agents, home builders, attorneys, accountants, financial planners and other potential referral sources.
  5. Representing the company in local business and community organizations and events to develop additional business. May present seminars to general public and real estate community for community outreach and to promote additional business.
  6. Developing and maintains current competitive market information. Keeps informed of trends and developments in the local market, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to the mortgage industry. Actively participates in ongoing training and education as directed by Manager.
  7. Designing own sales plan to ensure the successful delivery of monthly cases target set by management team.
  8. Communicating with broker and other parties appropriately, maintaining strict confidentiality of critical company information and customer information.
  9. Working with customer care team to collect clients feedback on a regular basis
