The Role

Air France-KLM has the most extensive route network between Europe and the rest of the world. Air France-KLM operates up to 2,300 daily flights and its Flying Blue frequent flyer programme is one of the leaders in Europe with over 15 million active members.

You will support customers through every step of their journey when travelling with Air France-KLM. You will be making reservations, answering questions, providing after sales service and support for members of the loyalty program, Flying Blue. As a leading airline, loyalty program the service you provide to their most valued customers is key to their success.  You will provide excellent service to its customers via multi channels interaction via the telephone, email, chat and social networks.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You are passionate helping and delighting your customers 
  • You are fluent in Korean or Japanese (both written and spoken)
  • PC literate, Office 365, (Salesforce CRM experience is a plus)
  • Flexibility on roster work including weekends (Monday to Friday between 8am-9pm, weekend between 10am-7:30pm)
  • Organised, flexible, collaborative, adaptable to change, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and diverse environment
  • Student Visa's may apply - requirement to complete 3-4 weeks training
