In this position you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day servicing and installation of washroom hygiene services and products at IKON client sites in Tasmania

Responsibilities include:

• Install/Service any sanitary or washroom services for individual sites
  Servicing of Sharps & Clinical Waste 
  Responsible for servicing sanitary & washroom on site and adhoc deep cleaning
  Remove any waste (sanitary/nappy) that is to be disposed in an Ikon Waste Unit.
  Ensure all units are sanitized/wiped down within each service
  Provide a weekly service report on all services completed
  Monitor end to end job requests, coordinate importance, and escalation requirements 
  Stock Control: maintain and make sure stock and inventory control at site level
  Provide support for annual stock takes or as required.
  Place orders for materials and services as required and appropriately approved.
  Ad hoc reporting as required and generalist duties as required
  Assist with month end reporting activities 
  Audit site report quarterly 
  Service Reports as requested by client.
   

HOURS OF WORK: 

Hours range between 25 - 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 1 year hygiene experience 
• Positive, ‘can do’ attitude
• Be reliable, punctual and have great communication skills 
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks
• Strong customer service focus & attention to detail
• A valid Australia Driver’s License (essential)
