Motivated Residential Cleaner

We are a team of energetic, motivated and hardworking cleaners.

JOB LOCATION may vary. We are seeking someone located in Perth with ongoing role location tailored to applicant's location. Appropriate travel times will be considered.

Staff have ongoing training, team support and incentives. 

As the owner, my aim is to create a workplace where all employees enjoy going to work, feel supported, and know they are being paid correctly. 

- Training with Team Leader until confident to work alone.

- The same quality clients ongoing.

- Limited travel time (we try to always give jobs as close to your home as possible)

- Clients (including ongoing as well as one off cleans)

- We pay travel time + $0.92 Per KM between jobs

- We pay data and kit maintenance allowances

- Paid weekly + Super Quarterly

- Insurance - P/L and W/C

- Cleaning products - and ongoing Chemicals! We use Thieves Household Cleaner so no toxins to harm you.

- This is a Casual position. Choose to work 3 to 5 days.

- Opportunity for Part time and Full time. So you can accumulate hours for the school holidays, or just to take annual leave.

Staff are encouraged to not work 5 full days a week, so that they can fit in time for their own hobbies, fitness and social life. This is important that you take time to fill up your own cup so that when you come to work, and into clients home's, you are feeling refreshed and entering with positive energy.
